Your recipes and videos make me want to cook and believe me I don’t cook! Tried one of your apple pie recipes and loved it. Then I tried the filet Mignon in mushroom sauce…not so good. I had trouble getting the sauce to thicken and could not figure out why. Maybe I did not cook off the alcohol enough? Any ideas?

    Oh My Gosh Natasha,

I haven’t seen such a delicious picture of Baklava since my mother died, as a matter of fact I haven’t eaten any since then. I’m 71 now and just purchased an Instant Pot and have been looking for recipes I can make and came upon your blog. I know it is labor intensive but I have got to try it. Any hints? Have also seen some more delicious recipes I have to try.

Half my family has celiac and I struggle finding decent cake and cookie recipes that are good with gluten free flour substitutes and I prefer to bake from scratch. I’m a pro at muffins though!
