There’s definitely a theme to the most popular recipes of 2022 and you’ll note most of these dishes are.

  • Easy – low-fuss recipes that don’t skimp on flavor
  • Quick – you all loved shortcuts like the Air Fryer! We all appreciate getting dinner on the table fast.
  • Budget-friendly – inflation hit America’s pocketbooks this year so it’s not surprising that the top recipes were also affordable options. these recipes prove you don’t have to spend a fortune to eat well.

These are the recipes that ended up on our regular rotation. There are some surprising ones that we discovered like Shishito Peppers (don’t skip the dipping sauce) that was a treat to eat and serve to company.     I’ve been watching you on you tube for awhile. Checking out your written recipes I’m so disappointed that none of them have ingredient amounts. I wouldn’t want to have to guess at how much of something to put in. So many look good.

    I have missed getting your emails, posts, and recipes! Not sure why they stopped. I adopted Anna when she was 9 from an orphanage in Nizhny Novgorod (now married w/2 little boys). Would love more Ukraine and Russian recipes, especially Borscht w/beets and just beets. Do you still do video instructions and also how do I search for these videos.
