I am so excited to finally share our first cookbook with you! Somebody pinch me!! It’s hard to believe it’s out in the world. Writing this cookbook has been one of the hardest, most exciting, and fun things I’ve ever done, and I’m thrilled to share it with you.

P.S. I have this vivid memory of getting a chocolate candy bar in grade school and saving it so I could share it with my 4 sisters at home. That’s how I feel about the recipes in this cookbook – I finally get to share them with you, the Natasha’s Kitchen community that I love so much. About Natasha’s Kitchen Cookbook
- 100+ Recipes – I think it’s about 110 to be exact, most of which are brand new and truly some of my best recipes. These include everything from breakfasts, soups, salads, main courses, exciting sides, and desserts.
- Entertaining Ideas – we have a whole chapter devoted to easy hosting with brilliant recipes and tips to inspire hospitality.
- Tested by hundreds of volunteers – Every recipe was tested by 5 or more cooks from our cookbook testing community of 315 people (with all skill levels; from home cooks to professional chefs).
- Gorgeous photos – every recipe was beautifully photographed (because I can’t handle cookbooks without pictures) and the recipes will make your mouth water.
- Behind the Scenes – we included historic photos of my family, even the first (slightly awkward) photo with my husband Vadim when we first met. I’m excited to share more of my family with you. I know I’m biased but the lifestyle photos are my favorite part of the book.
- Stories – I shared our back story with details I’ve never shared before; how we came to America as refugees, growing up, meeting my husband, and how this incredible Natasha’s Kitchen journey began.

From Salmon Piccata and Turkey Meatball Soup to Crispy Bacon Jalapeno Poppers as well as traditional Ukrainian recipes passed down from her mother like classic Borscht and her famous Pierogis, Natasha’s family-friendly recipes are made with easy-to-find ingredients and have been thoroughly tested. And because she loves to have her large extended family and friends over, there are also menus for sharing and easy entertaining—from a taco bar to a chili bar to the ultimate cheese board.
With a warm and encouraging voice, accompanied by beautiful, mouthwatering photographs, readers are offered a glimpse into Natasha’s life as she does what she enjoys most: cooking for her loved ones.

Hello Natasha, I have made several of your recipes, the turkey brine turned out wonderful. I had to cut back on salt because of health reasons, but it is great, very tender. I am looking forward to making the pie crust with butter. When I was younger I attempted it, but had a rough time with the dough. So the recipe I was using called for shortening, but it bothers my daughter, so I am looking forward to your crust recipe. Your recipes are so down to earth, I don’t have to run to the store searching , Thank you for that, & all you do.

Hi Alan! Thank you so much for sharing. I’m glad you are finding recipes that you love. In regards to the spiral bound cookbook, it’s a knock off. I am not sure what the spiral version is or who makes it and cannot guarantee the contents of it. It’s not from my publisher and don’t know how it was allowed to be sold. The legal team is working on getting it removed, so if you see it anywhere I would discourage you from buying it.

Again I am happy for you but am disappointed that all your top fans like myself who bought early paid several more dollars for your book than it is being offered for now on Amazon. I am very happy with your cookbook! I’ve been watching your reels on Facebook and YouTube for years. They also helped me through a difficult time. Because of you I purchased the Instant Pot and that large Cuisinart Airfryer and they are used frequently. I started with the whole chicken in the Instant Pot and later on the Instant Pot ribs and mashed potatoes as well. Such a good idea that apple juice with the spareribs!
I hope you will write many new recipes or keep on sharing old family recipes.

I absolutely love your cookbook. The big thing here is that I don’t actually like physical cookbooks anymore, I love my online recipe box and looking at my favorite bloggers (you). I gave away my 50 plus cookbooks so the fact I bought one is a big deal here. Love the glossy pages and everything about your cookbook. Thanks (I think, lol). Dear Natasha and family, I received my book this week, a signed copy, and I’m so happy! First of all, Thank you! The book really makes you feel as if you’ve been invited into your family’s kitchen! I love the pictures and I love the stories! The picture of you and your family from 1985 is just adorable! You were such a cute baby / 8toddler! I haven’t even begun to mention the recipes! As I quickly thumbed through the book I found recipe after recipe that I found myself thinking, “Oh, I’ve got to make that!” I have made the Fudgy Banana Bread twice before receiving the book. I ordered your new cookbook. I was so excited when I seen the UPS truck in the driveway. Custom charges 38.00…That was not nice to see this COD of a book I had already paid for.

Hello Natasha! Just picked up a copy of your cookbook at my local Target. It is a beautiful cookbook. I especially love your introduction, and your family’s story. Very similar to my family’s journey. I’m glad that you were able to include a few Ukrainian/slavic recipes. Although do wish there were a few…..maybe more your next cookbook??!! Hi Evelyn! In some recipes I know this works. But I haven’t tested cake flour in all of my cakes. You can experiment with them.

I just received Natasha’s kitchen cookbook. Very disappointing! Not very many recipes I would use. I see so many videos and recipes that look delicious. I was expecting to get some of them in the cookbook. Hardly any of the ones I’ve seen are in there.

Hi Lana! I’m sorry to hear that. You need to check with the seller your ordered the book from because I do not handle the sales or control the shipping options. Books will be available for purchase at the book tour as well. Online orders can also be cancelled if by chance your book is delayed and you need one for the book signing.

It’s only available for shipping to US and Canada. You’ll see these two option, select one and add it to your cart. From there, you will see your cart in the upper right hand corner of the page, you need to click on your cart to check out. Upon checking out, you can choose to check out as a guest and you’ll be asked for an email address which then will take you to a screen where you can enter your personal information and payment information. I can’t tell you how often I pass on your recipes to family and friends. I was so excited when you announced you were writing a cookbook!! I never pre-order books but I did for your cookbook after you asked us to.
I really think it’s unfair to now tell your viewers to cancel their order on Amazon and reorder on talk live if you want an autographed copy. I’m very surprised you are doing that to the people who supported your blog and cookbook from the very beginning. This is very disappointing. I am going to keep my ordered book on Amazon. I am sure it will be fabulous just like all your recipes are. It will just be a little bittersweet.

There was no other way to do this with the book from other sellers so that is why I was recommending either ordering a second copy from talk shop live or canceling the first order and reordering. It was that important to some people and they were asking how to get a signed copy. I wanted to make sure everyone who wanted to do that could have the option to do so. No ill intent. I will be announcing a book tour soon, but not everyone will have the opportunity to make it to the book tour to get their book signed. There will be a special gift for everyone who preordered the cookbook (regardless of where it was ordered from). We will be sharing details soon. I hope that helps clarify any confusion.

I can’t wait for your cookbook!!! I really hope your best classics from your site make the cookbook too thought. Sometimes I hear “all new recipes and feel disappointed. My biggest complaint and reason I end up returning cookbooks is that the writer/cook tries to get too original and fancy with over-complicating recipes. I’m a homeschooling mom of 5 I don’t have time for complicated. I need a tried and true, weekly meal planning helper when I’m low on inspiration, timeless recipes so great that every page has notes and stains on it, that makes delicious food easy. And often things are classics for a reason. So… since it’s not out yet I thought I’d throw out my measly 2 cents 🙂 i love your recipes on your site and would love a book that compiled the best ones 😄😄
