In reply to Letty. We first published this chocolate chip cookie recipe in 2012. We are always working on perfecting our recipes so we modified the recipe with a tad more salt and switched to 1 tsp baking soda. This resulted in a softer, chewier cookie that spread perfectly with or without chilling the dough.

I love your recipes for the chocolate chip cookies recipe you mentioned 2 teaspoons baking powder and on the recipe calls for 1 teaspoon baking soda . . . A bit. confused.

These salmon cakes were the best ever. My husband freaked with delight and the tartar sauce was even better. Thank you so very very much. I have made so many of your recipes with great success. I did your cheese cake and it turned out delicious, butI had a hard time with blending the cheese. I have a old mixmaster which does not have a paddle attachement nor can I get any other attachments to my mixmaster. I would like to use my food processor to blend the cream
cheese. Would this work with your recipe ” Perfect Cheese” and would there be any changes.
